目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平对冠心病的发生、诊断及预后的影响。方法选取106例不同类型的冠心病患者,将其分为急性心肌梗死组(AMI)46例、不稳定性心绞痛组(UAP)40例、稳定性心绞痛组(SAP)20例;同时选取健康体检者40例为对照组。分别测定其血清Hcy、hs-CRP及LDL-C含量。结果冠心病患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、LDL-C含量明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),AMI组、UAP组血清Hcy、hs-CRP、LDL-C含量明显高于SAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清Hcy、hs-CRP、LDL-C对冠心病的发生及预后均有影响,检测患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP及LDL-C含量对冠心病的诊断、治疗及病情预后的判断意义重大。

목적:탐토혈청동형반광안산(Hcy)、고민C반응단백(hs-CRP)화저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)수평대관심병적발생、진단급예후적영향。방법선취106례불동류형적관심병환자,장기분위급성심기경사조(AMI)46례、불은정성심교통조(UAP)40례、은정성심교통조(SAP)20례;동시선취건강체검자40례위대조조。분별측정기혈청Hcy、hs-CRP급LDL-C함량。결과관심병환자혈청Hcy、hs-CRP、LDL-C함량명현고우건강대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),AMI조、UAP조혈청Hcy、hs-CRP、LDL-C함량명현고우SAP조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론혈청Hcy、hs-CRP、LDL-C대관심병적발생급예후균유영향,검측환자혈청Hcy、hs-CRP급LDL-C함량대관심병적진단、치료급병정예후적판단의의중대。
Objective To investigate the effects of serum homocysteine (Hcy),high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) on prevention and diagnosis coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 106 CHD patients were selected as observation group,including 46 acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients, 40 unstable angina (UAP) patients and 20 stable angina pectoris (SAP) patients,and 40 healthy people as control group were involved.The serum Hcy,hs-CRP and LDL-C were analyzed. Results The level of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and LDL-C were higher in observation group than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).The level of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and LDL-C were higher in AMI group and UAP group than those in SAP group,the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Serum Hcy,hs-CRP and LDL-C have impacts on occurrence and prognosis of CHD.The detection of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and LDL-C has significance on diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of CHD.
