目的：探讨结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T-SPOT)检测孔斑点数与未成年结核患者临床表现之间存在的联系。方法选取2012年1月~2015年2月我院临床确诊为结核病且T-SPOT检测阳性的未成年患者病例，并对T-SPOT结果与结核患者临床表现进行比较分析。结果肺部有空洞病变的患者A和B孔斑点数均明显高于肺部无空洞的患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T-SPOT检测孔斑点数量可能与肺部空洞病变有关，肺部空洞病变越严重，斑点数越多。

목적：탐토결핵감염T세포반점시험(T-SPOT)검측공반점수여미성년결핵환자림상표현지간존재적련계。방법선취2012년1월~2015년2월아원림상학진위결핵병차T-SPOT검측양성적미성년환자병례，병대T-SPOT결과여결핵환자림상표현진행비교분석。결과폐부유공동병변적환자A화B공반점수균명현고우폐부무공동적환자，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 T-SPOT검측공반점수량가능여폐부공동병변유관，폐부공동병변월엄중，반점수월다。
Objective To explore the relationship between the number of spots by tuberculosis T-SPOT testing and clinical manifestations in juvenile patients with tuberculosis. Methods From January 2012 to February 2015,juvenile patients definitely diagnosed as tuberculosis in our hospital and obtained positive outcomes by T-SPOT were selected. The outcome of T-SPOT and clinical manifestations in tuberculosis were comparatively analyzed. Results The number of spots in A and B patients with pulmonary cavity was much higher than that without cavity,which displayed a statisti-cal difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The number of spot detected by T-SPOT may be related with pulmonary cavity. The more severe pulmonary cavity becomes,the more number of spot is.
