考虑到超声波衍射时差法在国外众多行业的管道及压力容器焊缝质量检测中已得到广泛运用,介绍该技术的可靠性好、检出率高、定量精度高、检测效率高、无污染和操作成本低等优点,希望促进此技术在国内的研究,认为相对TOFD检测的操作而言,对检测所得图像的识别判读是研究的重点与难点.
攷慮到超聲波衍射時差法在國外衆多行業的管道及壓力容器銲縫質量檢測中已得到廣汎運用,介紹該技術的可靠性好、檢齣率高、定量精度高、檢測效率高、無汙染和操作成本低等優點,希望促進此技術在國內的研究,認為相對TOFD檢測的操作而言,對檢測所得圖像的識彆判讀是研究的重點與難點.

The ultrasonic time-of-flight diffraction measurement technology ( TOFD) has been adopted widely in many for-eign industry pipeline and pressure vessel weld quality detection.The advantages of the TOFD technique, such as good reliabili-ty, detection rate, high quantitative precision, high detection efficiency, no pollution and low operating cost etc.the domestic re-search of the TOFD technology should be promoted and deepened.The relative TOFD detection operation and identification of the detected image is the focus and difficulty of research.
