针对天然气压缩机气阀出现使用寿命短,阀片容易断裂,特别是每次更换气阀不但影响设备运行时率,同时影响油气田产量的问题,以往复压缩机气阀工作原理为基础,根椐往复式压缩机气阀阀片的失效形式,分析阀片材料、气阀设计及气阀运行环境等因素对气阀寿命的影响,通过ITKK-气阀设计工具软件及技术文件数据库,分析疲劳的形成和发展过程,结合现场实际情况,提出提高气阀使用寿命的途径.

In the natural gas compressor, the service life of the valve is usually short as the valve disc is easy to be broken. Replacing the valve affects not only the operation rate of equipment, but also the oil and gas production.Based on the working principle of the air valve of the reciprocating compressor, the damage forms of the valve disc are considered to analyze the influ-ences of materials, design and operating environment of the valve upon the service life of valves.The ITKK-valve design software and technical documents database are used to analyze the formation and development of fatigue.Combined with the actual situa-tion, the ways to improve the service life of the valve are put forward.
