对建筑施工现场明排水法与井点降水排水法两种主要的降排水措施进行了阐述，并分析了深基坑开挖前降排水施工的准备工作及施工技术要点，指出有效做好建筑施工的降排水工作，不仅能够节省工程用料，还能够为居民安全供水提供保障。

This paper elaborated the open draining method and well point draining method two main drainage measures of building construction site,and analyzed the preparation and construction technology main key points of deep foundation pit excavation before draining construction, pointed out that the drainage work of building construction not only could effectively save the engineering materials,also guarantees the safe water supply for residents.
