目的:研究用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定生活饮用水中的锑、锡。方法以KBH4-NaOH为还原剂,在一定的酸度条件下,用氢化物发生原子荧光法对水中锑、锡的含量进行了测定。结果标准曲线的相关系数 r 均大于0.999, RSD 分别为2.1%和3.2%,加标回收率在99.8%~102.8%之间。结论该法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、干扰少等优点,适用于生活饮用水中锑,锡含量的测定。

Objective The method of the atomic fluorescence spectrometic was used to analyze trace Sb, Sn in drinking water in this paper.Methods The reducing agent was KBH4 -NaOH, and the liquid was certain HCl, The content of Sb and Sn was analyzed by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometric.Results The correlation coefficient of standard curves were greater than 0.999, the RSD were 2.1%and 3.2%, the result of recovery of the method was 99.8%~102.8%.Conclusion The result showed that the method was simple, rapid, high sensitivity and less noise.It was suitable for the united determination of Sb, Sn in drinking water, and it was practicable and applicable.
