目的:研究鱼腥草对糖尿病小鼠胰岛素抵抗的改善作用,并探讨其改善胰岛素抵抗与抗炎作用之间的关系。方法ICR 乳鼠从出生第2天起皮下注射 L -谷氨酸钠,连续注射8 d,正常喂养4个月,检测胰岛素耐量、葡萄糖耐量等,筛选出合格的胰岛素抵抗模型。分别灌胃给予鱼腥草提取液、盐酸吡格列酮,连续4周,检测胰岛素耐量、葡萄糖耐量、TNF -α水平,白介素水平(IL -6、IL -8、IL -10)等指标。结果连续治疗4周后,鱼腥草高、中组的胰岛素耐量和葡萄糖耐量得到显著改善(P <0.05),TNF -α水平以及白介素水平显著降低,与吡格列酮组有同等的效应,与正常对照组相比无显著性差异。结论鱼腥草可以改善糖尿病小鼠的胰岛素抵抗,可能与其抗炎作用有关。
目的:研究魚腥草對糖尿病小鼠胰島素牴抗的改善作用,併探討其改善胰島素牴抗與抗炎作用之間的關繫。方法ICR 乳鼠從齣生第2天起皮下註射 L -穀氨痠鈉,連續註射8 d,正常餵養4箇月,檢測胰島素耐量、葡萄糖耐量等,篩選齣閤格的胰島素牴抗模型。分彆灌胃給予魚腥草提取液、鹽痠吡格列酮,連續4週,檢測胰島素耐量、葡萄糖耐量、TNF -α水平,白介素水平(IL -6、IL -8、IL -10)等指標。結果連續治療4週後,魚腥草高、中組的胰島素耐量和葡萄糖耐量得到顯著改善(P <0.05),TNF -α水平以及白介素水平顯著降低,與吡格列酮組有同等的效應,與正常對照組相比無顯著性差異。結論魚腥草可以改善糖尿病小鼠的胰島素牴抗,可能與其抗炎作用有關。
목적:연구어성초대당뇨병소서이도소저항적개선작용,병탐토기개선이도소저항여항염작용지간적관계。방법ICR 유서종출생제2천기피하주사 L -곡안산납,련속주사8 d,정상위양4개월,검측이도소내량、포도당내량등,사선출합격적이도소저항모형。분별관위급여어성초제취액、염산필격렬동,련속4주,검측이도소내량、포도당내량、TNF -α수평,백개소수평(IL -6、IL -8、IL -10)등지표。결과련속치료4주후,어성초고、중조적이도소내량화포도당내량득도현저개선(P <0.05),TNF -α수평이급백개소수평현저강저,여필격렬동조유동등적효응,여정상대조조상비무현저성차이。결론어성초가이개선당뇨병소서적이도소저항,가능여기항염작용유관。
Objective To investigate the improvement effect of houttuynia cordate on insulin resist-ance in diabetic mice and to explore the relationship between the improvement of insulin resistance and anti-inflammation.Method Subcutaneous injection of L-sodium glutamate was given to ICR young rats since the day after their birth for eight consecutive days.Normal feeding was given for four months, insu-lin tolerance and glucose tolerance were detected and qualified model of insulin resistance was selected. Houttuynia cordata extract and pioglitazone hydrochloride were given by gastric gavage for four consecu-tive weeks and the insulin tolerance, glucose tolerance, TNF-αalpha level and interleukin level (IL -6、IL -8、IL -10) were detected.Results After four weeks of consecutive treatment, insulin tolerance and glucose tolerance of the high-and middle level houttuynia cordate groups improved remarkably (P <0.05) and their TNF-αalpha level and interleukin level decreased tremendously, which have the same effect with the pioglitazone group and no significant difference compared with the normal comparison group.Con clusion Houttuynia cordate can improve insulin resistance in diabetic mice, which may due to its anti-inflammation function.
