隧道施工中合理选择衬砌结构形式是提高隧道施工质量、缩短施工工期及降低施工综合成本的主要措施之一. 文章在介绍国内外盾构隧道衬砌结构形式及其施工应用现状的基础上,重点阐述了由日本提出并成功应用的盾构隧道现浇混凝土复合衬砌系统. 通过对现有盾构隧道衬砌结构形式的技术经济性分析可知,随着盾构施工隧道长大深埋化,盾构隧道现浇混凝土复合衬砌系统相对于传统衬砌结构具有独特的优越性,特别在含水丰富的未胶结地层中施工时具有更明显的技术及经济优势,推广应用价值较高.

Rational selection of the type of lining structure in tunnel construction is one of the major measures for improving tunnel construction quality, shortening the construction period and reducing comprehensive con-struction costs. Based on the introduction of domestic and international lining structure types for shield tunnels and their application statuses, this paper puts emphasis on a new tunnel lining system, the Casting Support Tun-nelling System Using TBM (CSTSUT),which has been presented and successfully applied in Japanese shield tun-nelling. The technical and economic analysis for existing shield-tunnel lining types reveals that the CSTSUT has unique advantages in terms of economy and technology compared to traditional lining structures in shield tunnels when the tunnels are longer and deeper, especially for construction in water-rich non-consolidated formations.
