目的：探讨利用中医方法治疗冠心病心律失常所取得的临床效果。方法选择2014年9月—2015年4月曾在大连金州新区中医医院接受治疗的冠心病心率失常患者112例，以随机方法分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者利用西医常规方法治疗，观察组患者的治疗方法为中医疗法，观察两组患者临床有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果通过以不同方法对两组患者进行治疗，观察组中患者有效人数为52例，对照组中有40例患者有效，两组患者有效人数差异明显；观察两组患者不良反应发生情况，观察组中患者不良反应发生人数为6例，对照组中患者有15例出现不良反应，两组患者的不良反应发生率差异显著。结论对冠心病心律失常以中医方法进行治疗，可取得较满意的临床效果，所得到临床有效率比较高，并且不良反应较少，安全性较高。
목적：탐토이용중의방법치료관심병심률실상소취득적림상효과。방법선택2014년9월—2015년4월증재대련금주신구중의의원접수치료적관심병심솔실상환자112례，이수궤방법분위관찰조여대조조，대조조환자이용서의상규방법치료，관찰조환자적치료방법위중의요법，관찰량조환자림상유효솔급불량반응발생정황。결과통과이불동방법대량조환자진행치료，관찰조중환자유효인수위52례，대조조중유40례환자유효，량조환자유효인수차이명현；관찰량조환자불량반응발생정황，관찰조중환자불량반응발생인수위6례，대조조중환자유15례출현불량반응，량조환자적불량반응발생솔차이현저。결론대관심병심률실상이중의방법진행치료，가취득교만의적림상효과，소득도림상유효솔비교고，병차불량반응교소，안전성교고。
Objective To study the treatment of coronary heart disease with TCM method the clinical effect of arrhythmia.Methods In September 2014 -April 2015 in our hospital treated 112 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, divided into observation group and control group by random method, using the method of conventional western medicine treatment, control group patients in the observation group patients treatment methods for traditional Chinese medicine therapy, observe two groups of patients with clinical effectiveness and adverse reactions occur.Results Through the treatment of two groups of patients in different methods, the number of patients in observation group effective for 52 cases, 40 patients in control group, the effective number of two groups of patients with effective difference obvious; Observe adverse reactions occurred in both groups, patients in observation group number of adverse reactions happen for 6 cases, patients in the control group with 15 cases with adverse reactions, a significant difference in two groups of patients with adverse reactions.Conclusion The treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease with TCM method, can obtain satisfactory clinical effect, by clinical efficiency is higher, and less adverse reaction, high security.
