目的：探讨分析老年急性胰腺炎的诊断及治疗效果。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年7月间，佛山市第一人民医院接诊并收治的急性胰腺炎患者120例，根据患者年龄分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者年龄大于等于60岁，对照组患者年龄小于60岁，根据临床和随访资料，对该病的诊断及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果经观察比较，两组患者的病死率、年龄和疾病严重程度有明显差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且病死率与患者的年龄和疾病严重程度有明显的相关性；两组在手术例数和并发症出现例数比较有明显差异，对照组少于观察组，有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。两组患者平均血清淀粉酶及血清总胆红素，比较有明显差异，观察组升高明显高于对照组，有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论老年急性胰腺炎严重影响人们的生活质量及生命健康，加强对该病的研究和分析，有助于提高疗效，改善预后。
