考虑到FPSO服役期间受到台/飓风等恶劣海洋环境、设备失效、人为失误以及其他因素的影响,不可避免地存在着碰撞、泄漏、火灾、爆炸、落物等风险,建立FPSO失效数据库,从FPSO设备及数据的分类方式、FPSO失效数据的筛选处理与失效概率计算,FPSO失效数据库结构设计与实现三方面论述建立FPSO失效数据库系统的思路和方法,认为该系统应用前景广阔.

During FPSO in-service period, it is influenced by typhoon or hurricanes and other harsh marine environment, e-quipment failure, human error and other factors, there is inevitably risks of collide, leakage, fire, explosion, falling objects and so on.So it is necessary to establish a FPSO failure database so as to improve risk analysis and management.From aspects of the classification FPSO equipment and data, FPSO failure screening data processing and calculation of the probability of failure, structure design and implementation of FPSO failure database, the idea and method to build up the FPSO failure database system are presented.The system is believed having a wide range of applications.
