对上海某办公建筑第8层做了能耗调研,得到了全年能耗数据分布,该层建筑空调系统年平均能耗为42 kW·h/(m2·a),其制热月最大能耗约为制冷月最大能耗的49.6%。使用 Energyplus 软件对该层建筑做了能耗模拟并与实际数据做了对比,分析了开机率对软件模拟能耗的影响。受开机率等行为因素影响,不同工作日计算能耗与实测能耗之间存在较大差异。

Energy consumption of VRV systems in office building of Shanghai is investigated.Annual energy consumption dis-tribution is obtained and the mean value is 42kW·h/(m2 ·a),meanwhile,the maximum monthly energy consumption in heat-ing is about 49.6% of corresponding value in cooling.In order to get insight in running ratio on energy consumption,Energyplus is used to simulate that building and comparison is done between simulated &tested data.Due to fluctuation of running ratio, large differences are existed between simulated energy consumption and that of actual.
