目的：观察耳穴贴敷联合怡开片口服治疗干性黄斑变性的疗效。方法将双眼干性黄斑变性的患者50例随机分为两组，每组25例。治疗组双侧耳穴贴敷并同时服用怡开片，对照组仅服用怡开片；分别记录两组患者治疗前及治疗后2周、4周、8周的视力、视野、视敏度、黄斑区视网膜形态及厚度，记录中医证候包括视物模糊及变形、五心烦热、腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、失眠多梦、舌、脉等并评分，进行统计学分析。结果治疗前治疗组与对照组视力、视敏度及黄斑区视网膜厚度差异无统计学意义，治疗后治疗组视力、视敏度的提高程度及黄斑区视网膜厚度的稳定性与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）；治疗组治疗后总有效率为76%，对照组治疗后总有效率为56%；中医证候疗效：治疗组总有效率为80%；对照组治疗后总有效率为56%。结论耳穴贴敷联合怡开片口服对干性黄斑变性疗效肯定。
목적：관찰이혈첩부연합이개편구복치료간성황반변성적료효。방법장쌍안간성황반변성적환자50례수궤분위량조，매조25례。치료조쌍측이혈첩부병동시복용이개편，대조조부복용이개편；분별기록량조환자치료전급치료후2주、4주、8주적시력、시야、시민도、황반구시망막형태급후도，기록중의증후포괄시물모호급변형、오심번열、요슬산연、두훈이명、실면다몽、설、맥등병평분，진행통계학분석。결과치료전치료조여대조조시력、시민도급황반구시망막후도차이무통계학의의，치료후치료조시력、시민도적제고정도급황반구시망막후도적은정성여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.01）；치료조치료후총유효솔위76%，대조조치료후총유효솔위56%；중의증후료효：치료조총유효솔위80%；대조조치료후총유효솔위56%。결론이혈첩부연합이개편구복대간성황반변성료효긍정。
Objective To observe the effect of auricular point applicator combined with pancreatick-ininogenase enteric - coated tablets on curing age - related macular degeneration(AMD). Methods Fifty AMD patients were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group gave auricular point applicator combined with administration of pancreatickininogenase enteric - coated tablets everyday. Patients in the con-trol group only took pancreatickininogenase enteric - coated tablets. The vision,visual acuity,retina thickness before and 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment were observed. TCM syndromes were also recor-ded in different periods. All data were analyzed with SPSS. Results Two groups had no remarkable differ-ence before the treatment. The increasing of vision and visual acuity and the stability of the retina thickness in the treatment group were obviously better than those in control group. The effective rate was 76% in the treat-ment group,however it was only 56% in control group. The same result were obtained in the observation of TCM syndromes. Conclusion Auricular point applicator combined with pancreatickininogenase enteric -coated tablets has definite therapeutic effect in treating macular degeneration.
