基于热泵与增湿去湿蒸发技术,介绍了一种用于电镀废水处理领域的热泵型废水处理系统。为了考察系统的蒸发能效水平,并分析物料循环量对系统能效的影响,搭建了系统试验台。测试结果表明,相对于热驱动系统,热泵型系统的能效水平有了较大的提高,最大达到11.1kg/(kW·h)。运行过程中存在最佳废水循环量使系统蒸发能效最大。

With the heat pump technology combined with humidification-dehumidification technology,a new heat pump electro-plating wastewater treatment system is introduced.The test bed for the system is established to study the performance of evapora-tion energy efficiency.The results show that,a combination of heat pump system has more energy efficiency than heat driven sys-tem,evaporation energy efficiency peaked at 11.1kg/(kW·h).There is an optimal circulating water mass flow ratio for maxi-mum system evaporation energy efficiency in operations.
