The Haiyang-Shiyou 113 FPSO has no real-time power management system to control the unit output and platform load size, the original unloading system of the oilfield group cannot unload accurately and realize the real-time calculation of the standby load.In order to meet the requirements of permanent production for the FPSO, and improve the operation reliability of power system, the PMS control system is applied successfully in the permanent production recovery project.
