目的：分析肝移植患者围手术期感染的预防方法及措施。方法选择来佛山市第一人民医院就诊的肝移植患者65例，分析围手术期感染原因，落实相关的预防感染对策，并对其护理方法进行总结。结果本组65例病例中细菌感染5例，真菌感染3例，感染率为12.31％，其余病例经有效治疗，均顺利恢复。结论有效的围术期感染预防对策，对降低围手术期死亡率，提高肝移植患者生存率，具有较为重要意义。
목적：분석간이식환자위수술기감염적예방방법급조시。방법선택래불산시제일인민의원취진적간이식환자65례，분석위수술기감염원인，락실상관적예방감염대책，병대기호리방법진행총결。결과본조65례병례중세균감염5례，진균감염3례，감염솔위12.31％，기여병례경유효치료，균순리회복。결론유효적위술기감염예방대책，대강저위수술기사망솔，제고간이식환자생존솔，구유교위중요의의。
Objective To analyze the perioperative liver transplantation period and infection prevention measures.Methods To our hospital 65 cases of liver transplant patients, perioperative infectious cause analysis, implementation of the relevant infection prevention measures and summarize their nursing.Results The group of 65 cases of bacterial infection in 5 cases, 3 cases of fungal infection, the infection rate was 12.31%, and the remaining cases were effectively treated were successfully restored.Conclusion Effective perioperative infection prevention measures to reduce the perioperative mortality, improve the survival rate of liver transplant, has more significance.
