目的：评估丹红注射液联合托拉塞米在心力衰竭治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取该院纳入标准的83例心力衰竭患者，随机分为对照组41例和观察组42例。对照组给予丹红注射液联合呋塞米治疗，观察组给予丹红注射液联合托拉塞米治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果、24 h 尿量及体质量等变化。结果治疗后7 d，观察组24 h 排出尿量、体质量减轻优于对照组，血钾下降幅度更小（P ＜0．05）；观察组总有效率优于对照组（92．86％／70．73％），差异有显著性（P ＜0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（7．14％／24．39％），差异有显著性（P ＜0．05）。结论丹红注射液联合托拉塞米能显著改善患者心功能，利尿更持久、安全，值得临床推广和应用。
목적：평고단홍주사액연합탁랍새미재심력쇠갈치료중적림상료효。방법선취해원납입표준적83례심력쇠갈환자，수궤분위대조조41례화관찰조42례。대조조급여단홍주사액연합부새미치료，관찰조급여단홍주사액연합탁랍새미치료，비교량조환자치료효과、24 h 뇨량급체질량등변화。결과치료후7 d，관찰조24 h 배출뇨량、체질량감경우우대조조，혈갑하강폭도경소（P ＜0．05）；관찰조총유효솔우우대조조（92．86％／70．73％），차이유현저성（P ＜0．05）；관찰조불량반응발생솔저우대조조（7．14％／24．39％），차이유현저성（P ＜0．05）。결론단홍주사액연합탁랍새미능현저개선환자심공능，이뇨경지구、안전，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection combined with To-rasemide in the treatment of heart failure.Method 83 patients who met the inclusion criteria for heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into control group with 42 cases and observation group with 41 cases.The control group was given Danhong injection combined with Sammy therapy while the obser-vation group was given Danhong injection combined with Torasemide treatment.The curative effect, changes of 24h urine output and body quality etc.were compared between the two groups.Results 7 d after the treatment, the 24h urine output and the body quality loss of the observation group are better than those of control group and are with less decent degree of potassium (P <0.05); the total effectiveness of the observation group is better than that of the control group (92.86% /70.73%) with significant difference (P <0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group is lower than that of the control group (7.14% /24.39%) with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with Torasemide can significantly improve cardiac function in patients and the diuresis function lasts longer and is safer, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
