目的：观察复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床效果。方法收集2010年2月—2013年3月青光眼患者74例（86眼），行复合式小梁切除术，观察术后前房、视力、眼压、滤过泡的情况。结果术后浅前房发生少，视力改变不明显，眼压控制好，滤过泡形成满意。结论复合式小梁切除术手术效果好，眼压控制满意，是目前治疗各型青光眼的首选方法。
목적：관찰복합식소량절제술치료청광안적림상효과。방법수집2010년2월—2013년3월청광안환자74례（86안），행복합식소량절제술，관찰술후전방、시력、안압、려과포적정황。결과술후천전방발생소，시력개변불명현，안압공제호，려과포형성만의。결론복합식소량절제술수술효과호，안압공제만의，시목전치료각형청광안적수선방법。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods 74 cases of glaucoma patients (86 eyes) from February 2010 to March 2013 were received and underwent compound trabeculectomy.The conditions of the postoperative visual acuity, in-traocular pressure, anterior chamber and filtering bleb were observed.Results Postoperative shallow an-terior chamber occurred not often, visual changes are not obvious, good control of intraocular pressure and satisfactory filtering bleb formation were achieved.Conclusion The effect of trabeculectomy is good and the intraocular pressure control is satisfactory.It is the first choice among treatments to cure various types of glaucoma.
