目的:探讨乳腺非典型增生手术治疗的必要性,做好乳腺癌的二级预防。方法在乳腺疾病普查工作中,对乳腺腺体明显增生者,在患者知情同意的前提下,采用小切口取组织活检,若病理诊断为非典型增生,根据患者选择预防性手术切除或继续观察,按入组先后分为两组,各取100例,采用χ2分析两组患者10 a 后乳腺癌发病率的异同。结果预防性手术切除组乳腺癌发病率为3.06%,治疗组乳腺癌发病率为16.16%(P <0.01),有统计学意义。结论乳腺非典型增生的预防性手术治疗是必要的,可作为乳腺癌二级预防的主要策略。

목적:탐토유선비전형증생수술치료적필요성,주호유선암적이급예방。방법재유선질병보사공작중,대유선선체명현증생자,재환자지정동의적전제하,채용소절구취조직활검,약병리진단위비전형증생,근거환자선택예방성수술절제혹계속관찰,안입조선후분위량조,각취100례,채용χ2분석량조환자10 a 후유선암발병솔적이동。결과예방성수술절제조유선암발병솔위3.06%,치료조유선암발병솔위16.16%(P <0.01),유통계학의의。결론유선비전형증생적예방성수술치료시필요적,가작위유선암이급예방적주요책략。
Objective To explore the necessity of surgical treatment of breast atypical hyperplasia and to prepare well for the secondary prevention of breast cancer.Methods During the population cen-sus work of breast diseases and with their informed consent, patients with significant hyperplasia of mam-mary glands were applied with a small incision biopsy.If the pathological diagnosis was atypical hyperpla-sia, preventive surgical resection or continuous observation will be applied according to the choices of the patients.All patients according to the time that they entered the group were divided into two groups, a-mong each 100 cases were selected.Similarities and differences of breast cancer incidence after 10 years between the two groups were analyzed by using x 2 .Results The incident rate of prophylactic surgical re-section of breast cancer was 3.06% while that of the treatment group was 16.16%, P <0.01, which has statistical significance.Conclusion Preventive surgery treatment of mammary atypical hyperplasia is necessary, which can be used as the main strategy for the secondary prevention of breast cancer.
