钱伯文是全国名老中医，在中医治疗肿瘤领域有很高的声誉，本文从钱老对脑瘤的中医认识，辨证分型和施治原则、临床用药等方面进行了总结，并典型案例进行了介绍，以期对钱老治疗脑瘤的临床思辨特点做系统的综述。

Qian Bowen is a distinguished veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine who enjoys a high prestige in treating brain tumor by traditional Chinese medicine.This article summarized Qian’s understanding of brain tumor from the view of traditional Chinese medicine,differentiation of symptoms and clinical medication,and also introduced some typical cases.It was expected to make a systematic review on the features of Qian Bowen’s thoughts on the clinical treatment of brain tumor.
