Teaching quality evaluation is an important means of training to improve the training quality[1] .Aiming to improve the training quality ,an index system about training quality is proposed .Based on the improvement of grey statistical treatment of qualitative index ,and by using TOPSIS with grey correlation degree combination ,the question about estimating the effect of training and seeking for weakness of training is well solved .
