全日制专业学位研究生教育综合改革的优势在于其强调应用的复合型，而它的劣势则包含师资队伍、考评体系、经费保障、实践基地等方面的有待优化。面对教育综合改革的机遇与挑战，提出了顶层设计推进教育改革、以实践能力为导向修订培养方案、灵活推进课程和考核方式创新、建立健全研究生教育实践平台、重点推进导师队伍建设等有效的对策措施，为全日制专业学位研究生教育综合改革提供解决的新思路。
全日製專業學位研究生教育綜閤改革的優勢在于其彊調應用的複閤型，而它的劣勢則包含師資隊伍、攷評體繫、經費保障、實踐基地等方麵的有待優化。麵對教育綜閤改革的機遇與挑戰，提齣瞭頂層設計推進教育改革、以實踐能力為導嚮脩訂培養方案、靈活推進課程和攷覈方式創新、建立健全研究生教育實踐平檯、重點推進導師隊伍建設等有效的對策措施，為全日製專業學位研究生教育綜閤改革提供解決的新思路。

The advantages of the comprehensive educational reforms of graduates in the full-time professional degree are the emphasis on the combination of the application;and its disadvantages include teachers team, evaluation system,financial security,practical base and other aspects,which need to be optimized.Facing the opportunity and challenge of the comprehensive educational reforms,put forward some effective methods including the top-level design to promote educational reforms,revised training plan with the guide of practical ability,the flexible innovation of curriculum and assessment methods,establishment and improvement of the graduate educational practice platform,focus on promoting the construction of the tutors team,which provide new ideas for the comprehensive educational reforms of graduates in full-time professional degree.
