新媒体的出现使人类进入了前所未有的信息快速传播的时代，新媒体语言也随着新媒体迅速传播于网络世界，并呈现出快餐式、自由性、自创性和“互动传播”的特点。新媒体语言既丰富了汉语的表现力，也对汉语的规范形成了极大的挑战，同时也暴露出自身存在的诸多问题，如破坏语言规则和交际规则等，必须对其进行必要的引导和规范。对于新媒体语言存在的问题，可以通过行政手段和社会手段两方面加以规范。

New media led mankind to an unprecedented era of rapid dissemination of information, which makes the new media language quickly spread to the online world and shows the characteristics of fast food type,freedom,self-invention and interactive communication.The new media language not only enriched Chinese expression,but also formed a great challenge to the standardization of Chinese language and exposed many problems of its own, such as the destruction of the rules of the language and communication,so we must make the necessary guidance and standardization.The problems of new media language can be regulated by administrative measures and social aspects.
