目的：观察止痉通络方配合循经推拿法治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛的临床疗效。方法将220例脑卒中后上肢痉挛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各110例，治疗组给予止痉通络方配合循经推拿法，对照组给予常规康复疗法。两组均连续治疗3周后评定临床疗效，并观察两组患者治疗前后上肢痉挛程度、临床症状评分。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率93.6%，对照组治疗后总有效率75.5%，两组治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；两组病例治疗后患者上肢痉挛程度、临床症状评分均优于治疗前（P <0.05），且治疗组明显优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论止痉通络方配合循经推拿法治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛疗效确切。
목적：관찰지경통락방배합순경추나법치료뇌졸중후상지경련적림상료효。방법장220례뇌졸중후상지경련환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각110례，치료조급여지경통락방배합순경추나법，대조조급여상규강복요법。량조균련속치료3주후평정림상료효，병관찰량조환자치료전후상지경련정도、림상증상평분。결과치료조치료후총유효솔93.6%，대조조치료후총유효솔75.5%，량조치료후총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）；량조병례치료후환자상지경련정도、림상증상평분균우우치료전（P <0.05），차치료조명현우우대조조（P <0.05）。결론지경통락방배합순경추나법치료뇌졸중후상지경련료효학절。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhijing Tongluo formula combined with along- meridian tuina manipulation in treating upper limbs spasm after stroke. Methods Two hundred and twen-ty patients with upper limbs spasm after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 110)and con-trol group(n = 110). Patients in the treatment group were given Zhijing Tongluo formula combined with along- meridian Tuina,and the control group applied conventional rehabilitation therapy. After three weeks of con-tinuous treatment,the clinical effect was evaluated,and the scores on spasm and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were assessed. Results The total therapeutic effect of the treatment group was 93. 6% and that of the control group was 75. 5% ,which showed significant differences between the groups(P < 0. 05). The scores of spasm and clinical symptoms were improved after the treatment in patients in both groups,and the treatment group showed better outcomes(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Zhijing tonglue formula combined with along - meridian tuina manipulation in treating upper limbs spasm after stroke has definite effect.
