The system of leading the way to the prototype in the quality management of construction site is an important part of the quality management standardization in the construction site. This paper introduced how to lead the way to the prototype in the quality management of the construction site in Xuzhou,by showing the typical practice of an engineering model in Xuzhou. This paper also made some suggestion for the current shortage of work.
