An instant-heated and frequency-conversion air source heat pump hot water unit was introduced.The essay includes the theoretical coupling of water way module with the heat pump module.It draws out the relationship between condenser water flow and the heat pump system,and the relationship between pressure tank flow and the heat pump system.The essay also in-cludes the operation when the system produces 42℃,6L/min hot water in changing environment conditions.And the result indi-cates that the exhaust pressure and temperature are lower and more stable than traditional cyclic-heated heat pump water heater, the system can run in a large and variable environmental conditions such as 43℃ and -7℃,and the heat COP varies with the en-vironment in shape of a parabola,and when the ambient temperature is 43℃,20℃and -7℃,heat COP are respectively 12.6、4.5 and 3.8.
