随着社会的进一步发展，生活水平的进一步提高，人们对住宅的要求也在逐步提升，而整体装配式预制混凝土构件（PC构件）以其绿色环保、节约能源等特点得到了上海市政府的认可，但由于PC构件是一个较新的产品，相关的标准图集还未成熟，且PC构件的质量很大程度上决定了住宅的质量安全，这就对监督管理提出了新的要求。

With the further development of society,people's living standard further improvement,the demand for housing are also gradually improved,while overall prefabricated prefabricated concrete component(PC component) got the recognition of the Shanghai government with its green environmental protection,energy saving,etc.,but for it is a relatively new product,the relevant standard atlas is not yet mature,quality of PC component to a large extent determines the quality and safety of the residence,which put forward new requirements to supervision and management.
