目的：观察分期辨证内外合治治疗浆细胞乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法134例浆细胞乳腺炎患者采用分期辨证内外合治治疗。结果134例病例治疗后痊愈114例，好转14例，有6例放弃治疗，痊愈率达85%，平均门诊治疗天数为132.3 d。结论分期辨证内外合治治疗浆细胞乳腺炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰분기변증내외합치치료장세포유선염적림상료효。방법134례장세포유선염환자채용분기변증내외합치치료。결과134례병례치료후전유114례，호전14례，유6례방기치료，전유솔체85%，평균문진치료천수위132.3 d。결론분기변증내외합치치료장세포유선염료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of internal and external treatment on plasma cell mastitis. Methods Clinical data inside and outside of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of plasma cell combined treatment for 134 cases of mastitis,and its therapeutic effect is affected. Results There were 114 cases being recovered,14 cases got improvement,and 6 cases dropped out. Recovery rate was 85% . The aver-age number of days for outpatient treatment was 132. 3 days. Conclusion Combination of internal and exter-nal treatment on plasma cell mastitis has significant therapeutic effect and is worth of generalization.
