目的:确定复方春砂胶囊剂成型的工艺条件。方法以吸湿率为指标考察辅料的种类,以颗粒吸湿率和成型率为指标,筛选最佳成型工艺条件,并考察颗粒的休止角、堆密度、临界相对湿度。结果最佳成型工艺为浸膏粉与辅料按8:2的比例混匀,辅料是微晶纤维素:糊精为1:1,乙醇体积20%,浓度75%,制得的颗粒流动性较好,临界相对湿度为68.5豫。结论该成型工艺简单易行、稳定可靠,为大生产提供了可靠依据。
目的:確定複方春砂膠囊劑成型的工藝條件。方法以吸濕率為指標攷察輔料的種類,以顆粒吸濕率和成型率為指標,篩選最佳成型工藝條件,併攷察顆粒的休止角、堆密度、臨界相對濕度。結果最佳成型工藝為浸膏粉與輔料按8:2的比例混勻,輔料是微晶纖維素:糊精為1:1,乙醇體積20%,濃度75%,製得的顆粒流動性較好,臨界相對濕度為68.5豫。結論該成型工藝簡單易行、穩定可靠,為大生產提供瞭可靠依據。
목적:학정복방춘사효낭제성형적공예조건。방법이흡습솔위지표고찰보료적충류,이과립흡습솔화성형솔위지표,사선최가성형공예조건,병고찰과립적휴지각、퇴밀도、림계상대습도。결과최가성형공예위침고분여보료안8:2적비례혼균,보료시미정섬유소:호정위1:1,을순체적20%,농도75%,제득적과립류동성교호,림계상대습도위68.5예。결론해성형공예간단역행、은정가고,위대생산제공료가고의거。
Objective To determine the forming condition of Fufang Chunsha capsule. Methods Moisture absorption rate was used as an index to investigate the type of auxiliary material,optimum molding technology were screened by taking moisture absorption rate and molding rate of granule as indexes,and investigated angle of repose,bulk density and critical relative humidity of granule. Results The optimum molding technology was mixing of extract powder and auxil-iary material according to radio of 8:2,the auxiliary material was the radio of microcrystalline cellulose:dextrinwhich (1:1),alcohol volume was 20%,alcohol concentration was 75%.The granules had a good fluidity,the critical relative humid-ity was about 68.5%. Conclusion The molding technology is simple and stable,which can provide reliable basis for mass production.
