目的：通过对风药在治疗过敏性鼻炎古方中的临床功用、配伍应用规律分析，以期为临床科学使用这类药物治疗过敏性鼻炎提供借鉴，提高中医药疗效。方法：提取《中医方剂大辞典》中运用了风药治疗过敏性鼻炎的方剂，整理分析具体使用的风药、风药在方剂中的功用，配伍规律。结果：40首治疗过敏性鼻炎方剂中的33首运用了风药，风药在不同病机方剂中发挥了宣散透邪、升举清阳、发散郁热、通阳畅气、开通郁结、顺气导痰、辛散通窍、引经报使、辛散通络、和胃降逆等十种功效。结论：风药通过其祛外邪、升清阳、解肝郁、调气机、散郁火作用使清阳升、浊阴降，气机条畅，从而达到治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用。
목적：통과대풍약재치료과민성비염고방중적림상공용、배오응용규률분석，이기위림상과학사용저류약물치료과민성비염제공차감，제고중의약료효。방법：제취《중의방제대사전》중운용료풍약치료과민성비염적방제，정리분석구체사용적풍약、풍약재방제중적공용，배오규률。결과：40수치료과민성비염방제중적33수운용료풍약，풍약재불동병궤방제중발휘료선산투사、승거청양、발산욱열、통양창기、개통욱결、순기도담、신산통규、인경보사、신산통락、화위강역등십충공효。결론：풍약통과기거외사、승청양、해간욱、조기궤、산욱화작용사청양승、탁음강，기궤조창，종이체도치료과민성비염적작용。
Objective:By analysis the clinical function,synergy and application laws of wind medicine on treating allergic rhinitis ancient formulas,we hope to provide references for the clinical application of this kind of medicine and improve and improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Allergic Rhinitis.Methods:The ancient formulas for allergic rhinitis which have Wind-Medicines in Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription were selected.We analyzed the specific use and com-patibility law of the Wind-Medicine.Results:Thirty-three ancient formulas have Wind-Medicines in the forty formulas for treating Allergic Rhinitis.The Wind-Medicines have various functions in different formulas such as ventilating and dispersing pathogenic factors,activating yang and promoting qi,relieving stagnation,smoothing qi to drain phlegm,pungent dispersing and dredging na-sal orifices,meridian guiding,pungent dispersing and dredging collaterals,regulating stomach ascending qi.Conclusion:The Wind-Medicine can ascend yang and drop turbid yin to make qi flow smoothly by dispersing pathogenic factors,activating yang,re-lieving liver depression,coordinating qi,relieving stagnation and due to the function of Wind-Medicine,the allergic rhinitis can be cured.
