为了定量分析热桥位置对墙体热工性能检测结果的影响,试验选择南京地区常用墙体,选用基于控温箱-热流计法原理的检测设备,系统研究了柱、窗等热桥位置对不同测点的墙体热工性能检测结果的影响规律。结果表明:控温箱-热流计法现场测点选择时,应考虑控温箱与热桥的距离;当控温箱的边缘距离窗220 mm,距离热桥柱大于500 mm时的测试结果基本稳定,可以忽略热桥柱和热桥窗对检测结果的影响。
為瞭定量分析熱橋位置對牆體熱工性能檢測結果的影響,試驗選擇南京地區常用牆體,選用基于控溫箱-熱流計法原理的檢測設備,繫統研究瞭柱、窗等熱橋位置對不同測點的牆體熱工性能檢測結果的影響規律。結果錶明:控溫箱-熱流計法現場測點選擇時,應攷慮控溫箱與熱橋的距離;噹控溫箱的邊緣距離窗220 mm,距離熱橋柱大于500 mm時的測試結果基本穩定,可以忽略熱橋柱和熱橋窗對檢測結果的影響。

In order to quantitative analysis the effects of thermal bridge location on thermal performance of external wall,a commonly wall from Nanjing was chosen,and an experimental study about the effects of thermal bridge location such as column and window on the thermal performance of external wall was conducted by means of the measurement of temperature controlled box-heat flow meter. The results showed that the distance of the box and thermal bridge in-situ inspection should be consider when choosing the measuring spots;when the distance of the window and the edge of the temperature controlling box is 220 mm,and the distance of the thermal bridge column is greater than 500 mm,test results are basically stable, the influence of the thermal bridge column and window on the test results can be ignored.
