目的：探讨A型肉毒毒素在面部整形手术切口应用中的可行性和有效性。方法：选取2009年3月-2014年5月接受面部整形手术、术中注射Botox A的115例患者作为治疗组；另选取2008年12月-2014年3月未接受Botox A注射治疗的面部整形手术患者112例作为对照组，采用瘢痕评估量表，由两位有经验的整形外科医生对术后1年的切口瘢痕进行评估打分，将治疗组和对照组数据进行统计学分析。结果：两组术前病损的长度和宽度相比无明显统计学差异（P＞0.05），术后1年治疗组切口瘢痕颜色更淡、平整度更好，弹性更佳、宽度明显缩窄，与对照组相比具有明显的统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：A型肉毒毒素可以减少面部切口术后瘢痕增生变宽，改善术后远期效果，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토A형육독독소재면부정형수술절구응용중적가행성화유효성。방법：선취2009년3월-2014년5월접수면부정형수술、술중주사Botox A적115례환자작위치료조；령선취2008년12월-2014년3월미접수Botox A주사치료적면부정형수술환자112례작위대조조，채용반흔평고량표，유량위유경험적정형외과의생대술후1년적절구반흔진행평고타분，장치료조화대조조수거진행통계학분석。결과：량조술전병손적장도화관도상비무명현통계학차이（P＞0.05），술후1년치료조절구반흔안색경담、평정도경호，탄성경가、관도명현축착，여대조조상비구유명현적통계학차이（P＜0.05）。결론：A형육독독소가이감소면부절구술후반흔증생변관，개선술후원기효과，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the feasibility and rationality of Botox A injection in the facial aesthetic wounds. Methods One hundred and fifteen cases, who were underwent with facial aesthetic surgery and Botox A injection from Mar.2009 to May 2014,were selected as the treated group. One hundred and twelve cases,who were underwent with only facial aesthetic surgery from Dec.2008 to Mar.2014,were selected as the control group.The scar colour,smoothness,elesticity and width were assessed by two experienced observers according to OSAS.The data were anlyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the treated group and the control group before operation(P>0.05). The post-operation scar in the treated group was improved obviously.There was significantly statistical difference on the scar clour,smoothness,elesticity and width(P<0.05). Conclusion Botox A enhances the facial wound healing and is suggested for using in the facial aesthetic surgery to improve the eventual appearance of the scar.
