目的：探讨检测血清降钙素原(PCT)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平对评价急性胰腺炎患者病情严重程度的临床意义。方法选择2015年1~6月本院收治的50例轻症急性胰腺炎患者和50例重症急性胰腺炎患者分别作为MAP组和SAP组，分别于入院后第1、4、7天检测患者血清中PCT和CRP的水平，另选同期50例健康体检者作为对照组，同一时间抽血进行相同的处理，并将其各项指标检测结果与MAP、SAP组患者进行比较。结果第1、4、7天MAP组和SAP组患者的PCT及CRP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；SAP组的PCT和CRP水平显著高于MAP组(P<0.05)。结论血清PCT和CRP水平能较好地反映急性胰腺炎患者的病情变化，对急性胰腺炎诊断和治疗具有重要价值。
목적：탐토검측혈청강개소원(PCT)화C-반응단백(CRP)수평대평개급성이선염환자병정엄중정도적림상의의。방법선택2015년1~6월본원수치적50례경증급성이선염환자화50례중증급성이선염환자분별작위MAP조화SAP조，분별우입원후제1、4、7천검측환자혈청중PCT화CRP적수평，령선동기50례건강체검자작위대조조，동일시간추혈진행상동적처리，병장기각항지표검측결과여MAP、SAP조환자진행비교。결과제1、4、7천MAP조화SAP조환자적PCT급CRP수평균현저고우대조조(P<0.05)；SAP조적PCT화CRP수평현저고우MAP조(P<0.05)。결론혈청PCT화CRP수평능교호지반영급성이선염환자적병정변화，대급성이선염진단화치료구유중요개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detecting the level of serum (PCT)and C-reactive pro-tein(CRP)in evaluating the severity of acute pancreatitis. Methods 50 mild acute pancreatitis patients and 50 severe a-cute pancreatitis patients were selected as MAP group and SAP group,respectively,which treated in our hospital from January to June 2015.Blood was extracted to detect PCT and CRP levels in day 1,4,7.Another 50 healthy persons were selected as control group and took the same treatment the same period,then the various indicators of health volunteers test results with the MAP group,SAP group patients were compared. Results The levels of PCT and CRP in MAP group and SAP group was significantly higher than that of control group in day 1,4,7 respectively (P<0.05).The levels of PCT and CRP in SAP group was significantly higher than that of MAP group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Serum PCT and CRP level can reflect the condition changes of acute pancreatitis,which is of great value in the diagnosis and treat-ment of acute pancreatitis.
