随着西部大开发的不断推进，我国经济总量不断提升，但在经济获得快速发展的同时，我国区域发展差距也呈现不断扩大的趋势。西部地区由于文化、历史、经济基础等方面的原因，一直处于我国经济发展梯度的底部。有效承接中东部产业转移是实现区域协调发展的有效途径，同时构建丝绸之路经济带的国家战略也为新疆承接产业转移提供了重大机遇。选取了《中国统计年鉴》中的39个行业，引入产业转移梯度系数，以西北其余四省份为参照，分析新疆承接产业转移中的重点产业，为新疆优化产业布局提供借鉴。

Along with the advancement of western development, the economic output of our country is improving constantly, but at the same time, the regional development gap is growing rapidly. Because of the cultural, historical and economic basis, the western region has been at the bottom of the gradient of economic development.The effective way to realize the regional coordinated development is to link to the Middle East industry transfer effectively, and the national strategy of the Silk Road Economic Belt also provides a great opportunity for the industry transfer in Xinjiang. This paper selects 39 industries of "China Statistical Yearbook", the introduction of industrial gradient transfer coefficient, to the northwest and the remaining four provinces as a reference, analysis of Xinjiang undertake industrial transfer in key industries, optimize the industrial layout to provide reference for Xinjiang.
