目的:研究纳米膜过滤去除猪细小病毒的可行性。方法:用Viresolve Prefilter和孔径20nm的Viresolve Pro纳米膜两级串联过滤,滤膜面积为3.1cm2,使用压力30psi。结果:三批加载猪细小病毒的心肌1肽溶液样品病毒降低量均≥3.44 logs.滤后样品经盲传三代实验后未出现细胞病变。结论:该方法可有效去除猪细小病毒。

The study is to remove porcine parvovirus (PPV) in cardiomyopeptide with Viresolve Prefilter and Viresolve Pro nanomembrane(20nm in diameter)in series. The result shows that the amounts of virus in all the three batches of cardiomyopeptide with PPV have decreased by more than 3.44 logs. No cells were infected with blind passage in three generations. And it’s believed that the method mentioned above is effective to remove PPV.
