为了利用已有设备给提油作业指挥人员提供关键参考依据,提出集成AIS系统的方法. 实例分析AIS的数据解码过程,验证集成AIS数据的可行性. 对于AIS解码后的GPS定位数据,借助Visual Studio程序开发平台设计C#语言程序,并图形化显示FPSO、穿梭油船和拖轮相对位置关系. 设计FPSO与穿梭油船的相对距离计算流程,并划分不同报警等级,实现对危险状态的报警,减轻外输作业关键人员的劳动强度,降低外输作业风险.

In order to use the existing equipment to provide reference for oil extraction command staff, the method of inte-grated AIS system is proposed.The data decoding process of AIS is analyzed, and the feasibility of integrating AIS data is veri-fied.For AIS decoding of GPS positioning data, C#language program is designed with the aid of visual studio programming plat-form.The relative position relationship of FPSO, shuttle tanker and tugboat is displayed in graphical form.The calculation proce-dure of the relative distance between the FPSO and the shuttle tanker is designed, and it is divided into three different alarm lev-els to realize alarm of the dangerous state, reduce the labor intensity of the key personnel of the outer transportation, thereby re-ducing the outer transmission operation risk.
