考虑到历年的采油树节流阀维修中,因节流阀密封失效导致阀门泄露占总维修次数的50%,拟用密封性能更可靠的泛塞封代替节流阀原V形密封,利用仿真软件计算分析其密封性能,分析对比不同"过盈量"下的密封效果,选择出最佳"过盈量".

According to statistics of valve repairing in the Christmas tree, the valve leakage caused by valve seal failure ac-counted for 50%of the total number of repairing.The pan plug seal with more reliable sealing performance is attempted to re-place the original V type seal.The sealing performance is analyzed by the simulation software.The sealing effects of different in-terference are compared with, so shat the best interference is chosen.
