住宅建筑室内的噪声干扰影响居民的生活和休息，成为当前不容忽视的社会热点问题。通过对住宅建筑分户隔墙和分户楼板隔声性能的计算、分析和研究，梳理出了影响住宅建筑隔声性能的主要因素，并提出了相应的防治对策，对降低住宅建筑的噪声干扰效果显著。

Indoor noise of residential buildings affects people's life and rest greatly,which has become a hot social issue should not be ignored. Sound insulation performance of compartment walls and floors in individual household of residential buildings was calculated,analyzed,and researched in this article,with the main factors influencing the sound insulation performance of residential buildings summarized and the corresponding countermeasures of prevention and treatment proposed,which could remarkably contribute to reducing the noise of the residential buildings.
