目的：探讨齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症患者的临床价值，分析其对血脂代谢、血糖等指标的影响。方法随机将我院2012年7月~2014年5月收治的89例早期精神分裂症患者分为研究组(46例)与对照组(43例)，对照组应用奥氮平治疗，研究组应用齐拉西酮治疗，观察两组患者的治疗有效率、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、不良反应、血糖、血脂及体质量指数(BMI)等指标。结果两组总治疗有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组血糖、血脂、BMI、PANSS评分及不良反应发生率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮与奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症患者，能取得相当疗效，具有起效快、不良反应少的特点，值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of ziprasidone and olanzapine in the treatment of early schizophre-nia and analyze the effects on blood lipid metabolism and blood glucose. Methods 89 patients with early schizophrenia treated in our hospital from July 2012 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the study group (46 cases) and control group (43 cases).Patients in control group were treated by olanzapine while patients in study group were treated by ziprasidone.After treatment,the effective rates,PANSS scores,adverse effects,blood glucose,blood lipid and BMI between two groups were observed. Results The overall effective rates between two groups was comparable re-spectively,with no statistical differenc (P>0.05);blood glucose,blood lipid,BMI,PANSS score and AE rate in study group was superior to that of control group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effects of ziprasidone and olanzap-ine in the treatment of early schizophrenia is comparable,and ziprasidone has rapid effect and less adverse reaction, which is worthy to be promoted in clinic.
