以法律法规为指导,对比双燃料主机和常规柴油机的排放、年燃料成本、减排市值、各工况下燃气模式利用率、主机选型对舱容布置的影响、船舶操作的可行性与便利性、方案投资以及相应配套设施的健全性,结果表明:与常规柴油机相比,尽管初始投资增加了40%,但是双燃料主机能够降低排放污染物90%以上,节约年燃料成本约51%,全生命减排市值约4 585万元;总体来说,如果解决了双燃料主机燃气利用率偏低,适当加大船舶主尺度,提高船舶装载能力,相应配套设施和能力健全等问题后,双燃料主机在环保船上具有很好的应用前景.

Based on laws and regulations, the dual-fuel main engine is compared with the conventional diesel engines from aspects of emission, annual fuel costs, emission reduction value, the utilization rate of gas under various operating modes, the layout of cabin space, the operability and convenience of vessels, initial investment and relevant auxiliary facility.The results show that though the initial investment is increased by 40%, the duel-fuel main engine can decrease more than 90%of emission and save about 51%of annual fuel costs and full lifecycle emission reduction value is about 45 850 000 yuan RMB.In general, dual-fuel main engine could be put into practice on the environmental vessels, provided that the problems of low gas utilization rate, small principal dimension and load capacity, and insufficiency of the relevant auxiliary facility are solved.
