目的：探讨自体脂肪浅层（皮下层、肌肉层）注射治疗上睑凹陷的手术方法和治疗体会。方法：本组26例病例，上睑凹陷程度各异，均采用自体脂肪浅层注射，术后4～6月随访手术效果。结果：所有患者上睑凹陷均得到明显改善，其中5例要求进行二次注射以进一步矫正上睑凹陷。所有患者均对手术效果满意，无并发症。结论：自体脂肪浅层注射矫治上睑凹陷是一种值得推广的手术方法。
목적：탐토자체지방천층（피하층、기육층）주사치료상검요함적수술방법화치료체회。방법：본조26례병례，상검요함정도각이，균채용자체지방천층주사，술후4～6월수방수술효과。결과：소유환자상검요함균득도명현개선，기중5례요구진행이차주사이진일보교정상검요함。소유환자균대수술효과만의，무병발증。결론：자체지방천층주사교치상검요함시일충치득추엄적수술방법。
Objective To study the effects and experience of superfacial injection with autologous fat grafting to correct upper eyelid depression. Methods We summarized 26 cases with different degree of upper eyelid sag who accepted this treatment.4-6months later to judge the effectiveness of the application. Results Of 26 cases(52 eyes)were followed-up for 4 to 6 months.All cases were obviously improved.5 of them want to get a second injection.All of them were satisfied with the outcomes,no complication occurred. Conclusion Autologous fat grafting of superficial injection to correct eyelid sag is a surgical method worthy of popularizing.
