在住院医师规范化培训制度下,很多医学院校在临床医学专业学位研究生培养中积极探索“双轨合一”这一新的培养模式,虽然取得了一些效果,但也存在问题。在新的培养模式下临床医学专业学位研究生临床思维和临床实践能力有所加强,但是科研能力和人文精神的培养被弱化,这并不符合临床医学专业学位研究生的培养目标。该文首先总结“双轨合一”模式的实施现状和分析“双轨合一”培养模式下临床医学专业学位研究生培养特点,在此基础上,提出了“双轨合一”模式下临床专业学位研究生的培养思路,以期为新模式下临床医学专业学位研究生的培养提供参考。

Guided by residency standardized training system,a lot of medical universities have actively ex-plored the new cultivation mode of joining together of double-track of training clinical medicine professional degree graduates.Although this new model of training has achieved some results,but problems exist.In the new training mode,although the clinical thinking and clinical practice ability of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students has been strengthened,while the scientific research ability and human spirit cultiva-tion is weakened.This is not in accordance with the target at training clinical professional degree graduate students.This passage firstly summarizes the implementation status in the model of joining together of double-track and analyzes the characteristics of training clinical medicine professional degree graduate students in the model of joining together of double-track.On this basis,the paper puts forward the training idea of clinical professional degree graduate in the model of joining together of double-track in order to provide references for training clinical medicine professional degree graduate students.
