目的：探讨卡介菌多糖核酸治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡效果。方法：本研究对象选取2014年4月～2015年6月复发性阿弗他溃疡患者72例，根据就诊后选择的治疗方法分成A组和B组。其中30例A组患者采取甘草锌胶囊治疗，42例B组患者采取卡介菌多糖核酸治疗。对比两组治疗有效性和T细胞亚群改变。结果：B组总有效率明显比A组高，差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗后B组T细胞亚群因子、CD4+细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值高于A组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：采取卡介菌多糖核酸治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡效果好，可显著改善患者T细胞亚群。
목적：탐토잡개균다당핵산치료복발성아불타궤양효과。방법：본연구대상선취2014년4월～2015년6월복발성아불타궤양환자72례，근거취진후선택적치료방법분성A조화B조。기중30례A조환자채취감초자효낭치료，42례B조환자채취잡개균다당핵산치료。대비량조치료유효성화T세포아군개변。결과：B조총유효솔명현비A조고，차이현저（P＜0.05）。치료후B조T세포아군인자、CD4+세포백분비、CD4+/CD8+비치고우A조，차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론：채취잡개균다당핵산치료복발성아불타궤양효과호，가현저개선환자T세포아군。
Objective To analyze the BCG-PSN in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers. Method the study selected 2014 April to June 2015 72 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer patients, according to their choice in the clinic treatment method is divided into group A and group B. 30 patients in A group were treated with licorice, and 42 patients with B were treated with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid therapy. Comparison of two groups of patients with treatment effectiveness and T cell subsets change. Results the total effective rate of B group was significantly higher than that in A group (P<0.05). The percentage of CD4+cells and CD4+/CD8+cells in T group were significantly higher than those in A group (P<0.05). Conclusion taking BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer has good treatment effect, can significantly improve T cells from patients with subsets of the advantages, clinical can be recommended.
