目的：为乌司他丁在治疗胰腺炎外的临床应用提供文献参考。方法：查阅国内外近年来的相关文献，综述了乌司他丁在治疗胰腺炎以外的临床应用进展。结果与结论：乌司他丁目前已被应用于围手术期、抗休克、脓毒症、有机磷中毒、重型颅脑损伤、心肺复苏、肝脏疾病和体外循环的治疗。因此随着临床方面的不断深入研究，乌司他丁的应用前景将会更加广阔。
목적：위오사타정재치료이선염외적림상응용제공문헌삼고。방법：사열국내외근년래적상관문헌，종술료오사타정재치료이선염이외적림상응용진전。결과여결론：오사타정목전이피응용우위수술기、항휴극、농독증、유궤린중독、중형로뇌손상、심폐복소、간장질병화체외순배적치료。인차수착림상방면적불단심입연구，오사타정적응용전경장회경가엄활。
Objective: To provide the reference for the clinical application of ulinastatin in the treatment of diseases except for pancreatitis.Method: we consulted the relevant literature at domestic and abroad in recent years, and reviewed ulinastatin clinical application in the treatment of diseases except for pancreatitis.Result andConclusion:Ulinastatin has now been widely applied to the perioperative period, anti-shock, sepsis therapy, organophosphate poisoning, severe brain injury, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, liver disease and extracorporeal circulation. Therefore, with the deepening of clinical research, applications of Ulinastatin will be broader.
