以亚临界丁烷为溶剂提取牡丹籽油,以牡丹籽油萃取得率为考察指标,利用L4(23)正交试验法优化亚临界流体萃取牡丹籽油的最佳工艺条件,对所得牡丹籽油进行脂肪酸及理化指标分析。试验结果表明,在优化条件下,牡丹籽提取率达到98.1%,所得牡丹籽油α–亚麻酸含量为41.54%,具有较好的品质。
以亞臨界丁烷為溶劑提取牡丹籽油,以牡丹籽油萃取得率為攷察指標,利用L4(23)正交試驗法優化亞臨界流體萃取牡丹籽油的最佳工藝條件,對所得牡丹籽油進行脂肪痠及理化指標分析。試驗結果錶明,在優化條件下,牡丹籽提取率達到98.1%,所得牡丹籽油α–亞痳痠含量為41.54%,具有較好的品質。

Peony seedoil was extracted by subcritical butane as solvent. Using peony seedoil extraction rate as index,the L4(23)orthogonal was used tooptimize theoptimum processconditionsofcritical fluid extractionof peony seedoil. Compositionof fathy acid and the physical andchemical indicators were detected. Experimental results showed that underoptimumconditions,the peony seedoil extraction rate reached 98.1%,and alpha linolenic acidcontentof the peony seedoil was 41.54%,and theoil had good quality.
