目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)和代谢综合征(MS)与血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系。方法测定129例T2DM患者,其中合并有MS的患者83例(T2DM 合并MS组),无MS的患者46例(单纯T2DM组),比较两组患者的腰围、血压、FFA、Hcy、血脂等指标,并分析MS患者FFA、Hcy与其他指标的相关性。结果 T2DM合并MS组腰围、SBP、TG、FFA水平高于单纯T2DM 组,Apo‐AI水平则低于单纯 T2DM 组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Hcy水平与LDL‐C水平存在正相关性,FFA水平与 TC、TG、GLU 水平存在正相关性。结论 T2DM 合并MS患者高 FFA 血症情况比单纯 T2DM 严重,并且 FFA 水平可能和血清 TC、TG、GLU水平相关;T2DM合并MS患者血清 Hcy水平与单纯 T2DM 没有差异性,血清 Hcy水平可能与LDL‐C水平有关。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병(T2DM)화대사종합정(MS)여혈청유리지방산(FFA)、동형반광안산(Hcy)적관계。방법측정129례T2DM환자,기중합병유MS적환자83례(T2DM 합병MS조),무MS적환자46례(단순T2DM조),비교량조환자적요위、혈압、FFA、Hcy、혈지등지표,병분석MS환자FFA、Hcy여기타지표적상관성。결과 T2DM합병MS조요위、SBP、TG、FFA수평고우단순T2DM 조,Apo‐AI수평칙저우단순 T2DM 조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。 Hcy수평여LDL‐C수평존재정상관성,FFA수평여 TC、TG、GLU 수평존재정상관성。결론 T2DM 합병MS환자고 FFA 혈증정황비단순 T2DM 엄중,병차 FFA 수평가능화혈청 TC、TG、GLU수평상관;T2DM합병MS환자혈청 Hcy수평여단순 T2DM 몰유차이성,혈청 Hcy수평가능여LDL‐C수평유관。
Objective To explore the relationship between free fatty acid (FFA)and homocysteine(Hcy) with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM ) and metabolic syndrome (MS) .Methods 129 T2DM patients ,including 83 cases of MS and 46 cases of non‐MS .The indicators of waist circumference ,blood pressure ,FFA ,Hcy and blood lipid were compared between the two groups and the correlation between FFA and Hcy with other indicators was analyzed .Re‐sults The waist circumference ,SBP ,TG and FFA in the T2DM complicating MS group were higher than those in the simple T2DM group ,while the Apo‐AI level was lower than that in the simple T2DM group ,the differences were statistical significant (P<0 .05) .Serum Hcy and LDL‐C had positive correlation .Serum FFA was positively correla‐ted with TC ,TG and GLU levels .Conclusion Serum FFA level in the patients with T 2DM complicating MS is high‐er than that with simple T2DM and the serum FFA level might be correlated with TC ,TG and GLU levels ;serum Hcy level has no difference between the patients with T 2DM complicating MS and the patients with simple T 2DM , serum Hcy level may be related with LDL‐C level .
