目的：探讨肿痛安胶囊治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年6月~2014年12月收治的78例踝关节创伤性关节炎患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分成治疗组(40例65踝)和对照组(38例60踝)。治疗组给予肿痛安胶囊口服和中药外洗，对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服和中药外洗，比较两组的疗效。结果两组治疗后第1、2个疗程的VAS评分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。治疗组治疗后的踝关节评分、AROM显著高于治疗前及对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组第1、2个疗程后的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿痛安胶囊口服治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎效果显著。
목적：탐토종통안효낭치료과관절창상성관절염적림상효과。방법선취본원2013년6월~2014년12월수치적78례과관절창상성관절염환자작위연구대상，근거치료방법불동분성치료조(40례65과)화대조조(38례60과)。치료조급여종통안효낭구복화중약외세，대조조급여쌍록분산납완석편구복화중약외세，비교량조적료효。결과량조치료후제1、2개료정적VAS평분현저저우치료전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조치료후적VAS평분비교，차이무통계학의의(P약0.05)。치료조치료후적과관절평분、AROM현저고우치료전급대조조치료후，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조제1、2개료정후적총유효솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종통안효낭구복치료과관절창상성관절염효과현저。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhongtongan capsule in the treatment of ankle joint traumatic arthritis. Methods 78 cases with ankle joint traumatic arthritis from June 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group (n=40,65 ankles) and the control group (n=38,60 ankles) according to dif-ferent therapy methods.The treatment group was given oral administration Zhongtongan capsule and traditional Chinese medicine washout,the control group was given oral administration diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and tra-ditional Chinese medicine washout.The therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results The VAS score of the first and second courses after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS score between two groups (P>0.05).The score of ankle joint and AROM after treatment in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment and in the control group,with sig-nificant difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the first and second courses in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration Zhongtongan capsule has an significant effect in the treatment of ankle joint traumatic arthritis.
