随着土木工程建设的发展,建筑不断向高层或者地下发展,施工中基坑开挖对周边建筑的影响逐渐引起人们的关注。开发商为了商业营销的需要,大多先建造主体建筑再建造地下车库,这给主体建筑安全留下了隐患,类似的安全事故时有发生。本文将结合实际工程利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行模拟,分析了基坑开挖各阶段临近主体建筑CFG桩桩身侧位移的变化情况。根据计算结果得出基坑开挖对临近主体建筑CFG桩基的影响因素并为类似的工程施工提供一些建议。

With the development of civil engineering construction , building continuously to the top or underground development , the influence of the construction of foundation pit excavation on surrounding buildings gradually aroused people's concern . Especially the developers in order to meet the demands of business marketing ,are often the first to build the main body building then build the underground garage , this gave the subject construction safety hidden trouble ,similar safety accidents occur frequently .In this article ,combined the practical engineering ,we analyzed the practical excavation near the subject construction of CFG pile lateral displacement in different stages of the change by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS .According to the calculation results , the influence factors of foundation pit excavation on the adjacent main building CFG pile foundation are obtained , and some suggestions are provided for similar engineering construction .
