与正常状态的棕榈油相比,棕榈油析出成分的饱和脂肪酸总量高、熔点高、碘价低。有效的温度处理可以使棕榈油抗冻性增强,冷冻试验析出时间延长,析出成分融化时间大大缩短。油品有析出后,待至融化后它的抗冻性大大降低,融化时间与油品灌装体积呈正相关。

Compared with the normal stateof palmoil,the precipitatiodof palmoil had high total saturated fatty acid,high melting point and low iodine value. Effective temperature treatmentcould enhance palmoil frost resistance,prolong the timeof refrigeration,shorten the melting time. If the palm oil separatedout,the frost resistance was reduced after being to melt. The relationship between melting time andoil filling volume was positivelycorrelated.
