目的：分析了解糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者ICU的抢救措施以及其护理配合方式。方法选取近一年来我院急诊救治的30例患者ICU的抢救与护理配合临床资料，进行回顾性分析总结。结果其中25例患者经抢救与护理配合病情基本稳定，而且病情逐渐转好；还有5例则病情不再恶化，各项生命体征基本正常，病情在可控范围内。结论正确有效的抢救加上积极的护理配合可以保证患者的生命安全，而且有效的护理方式还可以提高患者的康复率。
목적：분석료해당뇨병동증산중독환자ICU적창구조시이급기호리배합방식。방법선취근일년래아원급진구치적30례환자ICU적창구여호리배합림상자료，진행회고성분석총결。결과기중25례환자경창구여호리배합병정기본은정，이차병정축점전호；환유5례칙병정불재악화，각항생명체정기본정상，병정재가공범위내。결론정학유효적창구가상적겁적호리배합가이보증환자적생명안전，이차유효적호리방식환가이제고환자적강복솔。
Objective To analyze patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and find out the ICU rescue measures and their way of nursing cooperation. Methods Select our hospital emergency treatment in nearly a year of ICU rescue and nursing of 30 patients with clinical data, were retrospectively analyzed. Results 25 patients with the rescue and nursing cooperate condi-tion basically stable, and the illness gradually turned for the better;And 5 cases no deterioration and the basic normal vital signs, the illness under control. Conclusion Correct effective rescue and positive nursing can ensure the life safety of pa-tients, and effective way of nursing can improve the recovery rate of patients.
